La Universidad de El Oued organiza el “Día del Estudiante Marhaba” para estudiantes internacionales.
On November 14, 2023, Professor Omar Farhati, Director of the University of Martyr Hamou Lkhder, presided over the “Marhaba Day” event dedicated to international students at the university, in accordance with the ministerial instruction on this matter.
The event took place at the Faculty of Arts and Languages in honor of Uzbek, Yemeni and Mauritanian students, and was attended by the Vice-Rectors of the University, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Languages and its staff, and the Head of the Monitoring and Coordination Department at the Directorate of University Services.
In his welcoming speech, the Director of the University stressed the importance of this welcoming day, which was dedicated by the Ministry to international students, considering them as an extension of us and we are an extension of them in culture and civilization, given all the common scientific and cultural ties within the framework of Islamic history and civilization. He wished the students a good stay, a qualitative education and a successful outcome, as well as to convey a positive image of our country Algeria, which carries the values of love and peace.
