On March 13, 2023, the training sessions (BMC), (DT), and (IP) for students holding projects under decision 1275 (university certificate / startup / patent) commenced at the Business Incubator Center of the University of El Oued, under the supervision and guidance of the University Rector, Professor Omar Ferhati. The training sessions conducted by the Director of the University Business Incubator Center, Dr. Mohamed Fouad Ferhat, along with professors who benefited from the training course provided by the National Coordinating Committee for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Universities.
