Une formation gratuite de trois jours par le Professeur Maamara

Dans la matinée du 19 mai 2023, le rideau est tombé sur la séance de formation gratuite animée par le Professeur Ghofrane Maamara sous la direction de l'Ecole Souf Academy. La session de trois jours, à laquelle ont participé 33 étudiants, s'est concentrée sur les thèmes suivants :

  • Comment rédiger un CV et postuler à un emploi
  • Direction financière
  • Compétences du 21ème siècle

La séance a été bien accueillie par les étudiants, notamment ceux qui sont sur le point d'obtenir leur diplôme.

La séance s'est terminée par des remerciements à tous ceux qui ont contribué à l'organisation de la séance et des vœux de réussite à tous dans leurs examens et mémoires.

Réunion pour organiser le processus de restauration des étudiants et personnels extérieurs de l'Université d'El Oued

On October 4, 2023, the Rector of the University of El Oued, Professor Omar Ferahti, chaired a coordination meeting to organize the catering process in the university restaurants for external students and university staff, including administrators and professors.

The meeting was attended by the Director of University Services, the Secretary General of the University, and the social partners represented by the President of the Wilaya Office of the National Independent Union of Higher Education Employees, the Coordinator of the National Council of Higher Education Teachers at the University of El Oued Branch, the Coordinator of the Local Branch of University Professors at the University, and the Coordinator of the Local Branch of the General Union of Algerian Workers at the University.

During the meeting, the University Rector stressed the importance that the university attaches to the catering of external students and staff, including administrators and professors. He praised the efforts made by the Director of University Services and his staff to improve the service aspect for students and to coordinate work with the university administration so that the pedagogical and service aspects are in harmony and serve the student.

The participants intervened to enrich the points of the meeting and to present some proposals. The social partner also praised the fruitful work and the clear effort made by the university administration, led by the University Rector and the Director of University Services.

The meeting resulted in the organization of the catering process for external students and university staff according to a minutes of the meeting signed by the University Rector and the Director of University Services. The catering process for students and staff was organized according to their faculties and according to the following schedule:

1) For external students:

    • Soufia Bachir University Residence (Faculty of Human and Social Sciences + Faculty of Islamic Sciences)

Un atelier sur les devoirs des techniciens de laboratoire exerçant en tant qu'employés de la Faculté de Technologie et des Sciences Exactes de l'Université d'El Oued.

Today, March 20, 2023, attending the opening of the workshop sessions on the duties of laboratory technicians working as employees of the Faculty of Technology and Exact Sciences at the University of El Oued, coordinated with the Sub-Directorate of personal, and under the supervision of the head of the technical department- Engineer category-, Ms. Ghoul Faiza and lab technicians. This workshop was monitored by Dr. Khechkhouch Abdelrahman, covering both theoretical and practical aspects. The theoretical part focused on familiarizing participants with laboratory regulations and valuing the experience of laboratory engineers, as well as exploring the prospects of the laboratory field. As for the practical part, it involved demonstrating how to inspect laboratory equipment.

 

The aim of the offered training is to familiarize participants with the duties of laboratory technicians.
