Visite de la délégation algérienne au Complexe scolaire modèle Naberezhnye Chelny pour la simulation et la formation en Russie
The Rector of Naberezhnye Chelny State University, Mrs. Elvira Galyautdinova, arranged a special meeting for the Rector of the University of El Oued, Professor Omar Farhati, and his accompanying delegation to present the innovative program for simulating the teaching profession for university students. According to the professors and researchers, this program allows students to train for dealing with various pedagogical situations inside the classroom during teaching, according to multiple stages that rely on assessment and intelligent evaluation to ensure the quality of education before starting field work.
After the presentation, Mrs. Galyautdinova, the Director of Naberezhnye Chelny State University, arranged a field visit for the Algerian delegation to the Model School Complex for Training to see the outputs of this program for students graduating from Naberezhnye Chelny State University. The Algerian delegation and the University’s Rector also asked many research and cognitive questions about the simulation program and how to link it to the quality of education and its educational outputs, how the trained teacher can benefit from it, and how to research the mechanisms of simulation and consolidate the different general and specific didactic principles.
